Peace Day

Last Friday we celebrated Peace Day in the playground, we sang songs and played nicely together.  

We like helping each other in the class. We helped to take off our friend's apron and it wasn't easy.

Our English song was all about peace, love and joy. Clara wore a T-shirt with the word Joy on it.

The song is called - 'I've got Peace like the River' (You Tube), if you would like to sing the song at home.

Winter is Here!

The weather is still warm in Seville but we have been sharing our experiences and showing photos of the snow.

We played with ice, touched it and watched it melt......

.... then we made colourful pictures by painting with coloured ice, it was great fun!

In art class we looked at some famous Winter paintings and chose our favourite,

'The Magpie' by Claude Monet.

2C and 2D chose the same Winter picture as their favourite, amazing!!

We painted this picture together and made excellent pencil drawings.
