Show and tell

Every day we have a 'Show and tell' session in our classes. The children can talk about something interesting they have brought to class,  show a picture they have made or talk about things they create with blocks, plasticine etc...

Spring is here!

During April we learnt about seeds and plants. We visited the library and found lots of books, one of our favourites is 'The Tiny Seed.'

Painting is one of our favourite activities and we had lots of fun looking at some famous paintings by Claude Monet, Henri Matisse and Vincent Van Gogh,  all about beautiful flowers. Later in class we painted our own flower pictures and made colourful displays to decorate the walls.

We planted our own seeds and we have to take turn to water and look after them.

This week we will bring our little books about 'The Little Seed' home and you can listen to us tell the story.
